This journals my experiences learning martial arts. Karate translates to "Way Of The Empty Hand" as I understand it. Time has moved on, and now I'm studying the Chinese art of Oom Yung Do.

Recovering from ankle repair surgery
My ankle surgery was this past Tuesday. From what they told me it was badly broken, but the repair went well. I'll have 8 weeks in a cast & months of PT.
